ReplyDeleteIt's been a while since you blogged. A shame because I can see some cool thinking going on with your experimentation with language. Her's an idea: choose something really cool as an 'opening sentence'. See if you can then add 3-4 sentences to that as a story starter, using some of the techniques you played with in this blog post. Try this as a starter:
"As I turned the corner my blood ran cold at the sight that met my eyes....."
